Feed the Ducks

I'm Calvin, a high school developer in Michigan. I made this Roblox game and I need you to break it before launch. Throw bread, grow a huge pond of ducks, hunt for rare ones. Then tell me what you really thought.

The one rule

Don't ask me how to play, and don't look anything up. Just jump in. If something confuses you, that's exactly what I need to know, so remember it and write it down below.

Tip: this page saves your answers on this device, so you can switch to Roblox and come back.

How to play-test

  1. The first 5 minutes: just playNotice the first moment you felt lost, stuck or bored. That moment is the most useful thing you can tell me.
  2. Keep going for 20 minutes or moreTry to do these without help:
    • Sell ducks and buy upgrades
    • Find a Rare duck or better and keep it in your bag
    • Catch the Golden Duck when it swims by
    • Sell bag ducks at the Duck Market in the village
    • Hunt a breed you want: pick a bread in the Bakery that attracts it, and put that duck on your display stands
    • Load ducks onto your next boat at the Shipyard (the BOAT button)
    • Finish a few goals on the guide card
  3. Go for your first rebirthIt takes about 20 to 40 minutes. Tell me if that felt too long, too short or about right.
  4. Play with a friendJoin the same server as another tester and visit each other's ponds. Does anything look weird when there are other players?
  5. Come back tomorrowOpen it again and claim your daily gift. The big question is whether you wanted to come back.

Found a bug?

Take a screenshot, and write down what you were doing when it happened. Watch out for things that are cut off, overlap, cover a button, or look broken on your screen.
